Powdered Activated Carbon Production Process

Powdered activated carbon is made from high-quality sawdust, coconut shells, and coal through a series of refined production processes.
Features: Fast filtration, excellent adsorption performance, strong decolorization and odor removal capabilities, and economical and durable.
Applications: Widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, tap water, sugar, and oil industries. It is also commonly used in brewing, sewage treatment, power plants, and electroplating.

The production process is mainly divided into the following two types
Zinc Chloride Method (Chemical Method): The general process involves screening and drying sawdust, mixing with zinc chloride solution, kneading, carbonization, activation, recovery, rinsing, dehydration, drying, grinding, and packaging.
Physical Method: Using high-quality fruit shells and sawdust as raw materials, after steam activation, refined treatment, and pulverization, it is produced as a fine black powder. It is non-toxic, odorless, has a large surface area, and has strong adsorption capacity.
